Fortune Settlement Solutions is looking for a few Entry Level Account Representatives to join our growing team. Located in the heart of Miami Lakes, Fortune Settlement Solutions is a specialty finance company that provides liquidity options to recipients of structured settlements, lottery, and annuity payments.

We're in search of highly motivated, goal-oriented people with strong communication skills. No license is required for the position and paid training is provided to you by our management team. We offer a Base Salary to all our employees along w/ uncapped commissions and bonuses. Those who display a lot of effort and a willingness to learn will strive in this position. Responsibilities:

• This is an Outbound Phone Sales Position
• Prospecting of company-provided leads from our database via phone, email, and other forms of communication to establish relationships with potential customers and explain how our services can help them.
• Daily Follow up with all prospects
• Engage prospects and determine their current situation to create a solution that best fits the client's needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects and clients.
• Required to make 200+ calls daily

Qualifications:

• Strong relationship skills
• Must be outgoing
• Goal Oriented
• Must demonstrate persistence and not be afraid to overcome obstacles
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Being bilingual is a plus
